A perfect party recipe from the January issue of Sainsbury&#8217;s magazine.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Serves: 16<br \/>\nPreparation time: 10 Minutes<br \/>\nCooking time: 5 Minutes<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mostlyfood.co.uk\/Recipes\/prawn%20blini%20with%20beetroot.jpg\" width=\"270\" height=\"237\" \/><\/p>\n<h4>Ingredients:<\/h4>\n<p>2 ready-cooked beetroot (150g) in natural juices, drained<br \/>\n2 teaspoons creamed horseradish sauce<br \/>\n2 tablespoons cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche<br \/>\n1 x 135g pack cocktail blinis<\/p>\n<p>16 cooked prawns<br \/>\nDill sprigs to garnish<br \/>\nLemon zest to garnish<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Method:<\/h4>\n<p>Preheat the grill. Whiz the beetroot in a processor or blender with the horseradish sauce and cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche until smooth. Season well, then chill. Briefly toast the blinis under the grill on both sides and leave to cool.<\/p>\n<p>Top each blini with a little of the beetroot mixture.
