Serve sprinkled with sliced green onions and shredded mild cheddar .<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Ingredients<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mostlyfood.co.uk\/Recipes\/chicken_poblano_white_chili.jpg\" \/><\/h4>\n<p>6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs<br \/>\n1 (16-ounce) bag dried Organic Cannellini Beans, picked through<br \/>\n1 (16-ounce) bag frozen Sweet White Corn<br \/>\n2 or 3 poblano peppers (or 2 green bell peppers), chopped<br \/>\n1 head cauliflower, trimmed and cut into small florets<br \/>\n1 yellow onion, chopped<br \/>\n2 quarts low-sodium chicken broth<br \/>\n1 1\/2 tablespoons ground cumin<br \/>\n1 tablespoon chili powder<br \/>\n1\/2 cup low fat sour cream<br \/>\n2 teaspoons fine sea salt<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Method<\/h4>\n<p>Arrange chicken in the bottom of a 6-quart slow cooker. Top with beans, corn, poblanos, cauliflower, onion, broth, cumin and chili powder.<\/p>\n<p>Cover and cook on low until beans are very tender and cauliflower has fallen apart, about 10 hours.
