{"id":15433,"date":"2015-02-26T10:00:00","date_gmt":"2015-02-26T10:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mostlyfood.co.uk\/?p=15433"},"modified":"2021-11-17T19:34:45","modified_gmt":"2021-11-17T19:34:45","slug":"harissa-chicken-skewers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mostlyfood.co.uk\/index.php\/harissa-chicken-skewers\/","title":{"rendered":"Harissa chicken skewers"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>From Sainsbury&#8217;s<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Easy to prepare party nibbles.<\/p>\n<p>Serves: 6<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mostlyfood.co.uk\/Recipes\/harissa%20Chicken_Skewers_188x165.jpg\" width=\"243\" height=\"213\" \/><\/p>\n<h4>Ingredients<\/h4>\n<p>2 skinless chicken breasts<br \/>\n1 tablespoon Belazu rose harissa<br \/>\nJuice of \u00bd small lemon<\/p>\n<p>3-4 spring onions<br \/>\n12 skewers (pre-soaked, if wooden).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Method<\/h4>\n<p>Cut 2 skinless chicken breasts each into 12 bite-sized pieces and place in a bowl.<\/p>\n<p>Add 1 tablespoonful of Belazu rose harissa, the juice of \u00bd small lemon and a pinch of salt; toss to coat.<\/p>\n<p>Halve 3-4 spring onions lengthways then cut into 2cm pieces.<\/p>\n<p>Thread the chicken and spring onions on to 12 skewers (pre-soaked, if wooden).<\/p>\n<p>Cook on a hot griddle or under a grill for 3-4 minutes on each side.
