{"id":15376,"date":"2014-09-11T10:00:00","date_gmt":"2014-09-11T09:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mostlyfood.co.uk\/?p=15376"},"modified":"2021-11-17T19:44:00","modified_gmt":"2021-11-17T19:44:00","slug":"satay-style-beef-and-pasta","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mostlyfood.co.uk\/index.php\/satay-style-beef-and-pasta\/","title":{"rendered":"Satay-Style Beef and Pasta"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>From Stop and Shop<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Ingredients<\/h4>\n<p>1 lb boneless top sirloin steak<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mostlyfood.co.uk\/Recipes\/satay%20pasta.jpg\" width=\"217\" height=\"217\" \/><br \/>\n2 Tbsp teriyaki sauce<br \/>\n7 oz uncooked thin spaghetti<br \/>\n1\/2 cup chopped seeded cucumber<\/p>\n<h4>Peanut Butter Sauce<\/h4>\n<p>3 Tbsp teriyaki sauce<br \/>\n2 Tbsp creamy peanut butter<br \/>\n1 Tbsp water<br \/>\n1\/4 tsp ground ginger<br \/>\n1\/4 tsp crushed red pepper<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Method<\/h4>\n<p>Cut steak lengthwise in half, then crosswise into 1\/8&#8243; thick strips.<\/p>\n<p>Combine beef and 2 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce in large bowl, toss to coat.<\/p>\n<p>Cook pasta according to package directions, drain. Meanwhile combine sauce ingredients in large bowl, mixing well. Add pasta to sauce, toss to coat. Keep warm.<\/p>\n<p>Spray large non-stick skillet with cooking spray. Heat skillet over medium-high heat until hot.<\/p>\n<p>Add 1\/2 of beef, stir-fry 1-2 minutes or until outside surface of beef is no longer pink. (Do not overcook.)<\/p>\n<p>Add to pasta.
