{"id":15372,"date":"2014-08-28T10:00:00","date_gmt":"2014-08-28T09:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mostlyfood.co.uk\/?p=15372"},"modified":"2021-11-17T19:44:20","modified_gmt":"2021-11-17T19:44:20","slug":"moroccan-beef-kabobs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mostlyfood.co.uk\/index.php\/moroccan-beef-kabobs\/","title":{"rendered":"Moroccan Beef Kabobs"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>From Stop and Shop<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Ingredients<\/h4>\n<p>1- 1\/4 lbs. boneless top sirloin steak<strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mostlyfood.co.uk\/Recipes\/moroccan%20beef%20kabob.jpg\" width=\"199\" height=\"199\" \/><\/strong><br \/>\n1 medium red bell pepper, cut into 1&#8243; pieces<br \/>\n1 medium onion, cut into 1&#8243; squares<br \/>\n2 cups hot cooked couscous<br \/>\n2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro<br \/>\n2 Tbsp olive oil<br \/>\n3 large cloves garlic, crushed<br \/>\n2 tsp ground cumin<br \/>\n1 tsp paprika<br \/>\n1\/4 tsp ground red pepper<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Method<\/h4>\n<p>In medium bowl, combine cilantor, olive oil and spices.<\/p>\n<p>Trim fat from steak. Cut steak into 1&#8243; pieces.<\/p>\n<p>Add beef, bell pepper and onion to seasoning, tossing to coat. Alternately thread beef and vegetable pieces onto four 12&#8243; metal skewers.<\/p>\n<p>Grill kabobs on the rack directly over medium coals for 12-14 minutes, turning once or broil 3-4&#8243; from heat for 8-10 minutes for medium rare to medium doneness, turning once.<\/p>\n<p>Serve the beef kabobs on top of couscous.
