Ingredients with an asterisk (*) are available as Whole Foods Market Brands.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Ingredients<\/h4>\n<p>1\/2 pound 85% lean ground beef or turkey<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mostlyfood.co.uk\/Recipes\/mexican_taco_stew.jpg\" \/><br \/>\n1 medium onion, chopped<br \/>\n2 garlic cloves, finely chopped<br \/>\n2 tablespoons taco seasoning (gluten-free)<br \/>\n2 cups low-sodium chicken broth*<br \/>\n1 large zucchini or summer squash, cut into small cubes<br \/>\n1 (15-ounce) can no-salt-added black beans*<br \/>\n1 (14.5-ounce) can diced tomatoes*<br \/>\n1 cup frozen corn kernels*<br \/>\n1 cup medium salsa*<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Method<\/h4>\n<p>Brown meat in a large pot over medium high heat.
