{"id":15363,"date":"2014-07-31T10:00:00","date_gmt":"2014-07-31T09:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mostlyfood.co.uk\/?p=15363"},"modified":"2021-11-17T19:44:53","modified_gmt":"2021-11-17T19:44:53","slug":"italian-meatloaf","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mostlyfood.co.uk\/index.php\/italian-meatloaf\/","title":{"rendered":"Italian Meatloaf"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>From Stop and Shop<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Ingredients<\/h4>\n<p>1 egg, well beaten<br \/>\n1 (8-oz) can tomato sauce with Italian herbs, divided<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mostlyfood.co.uk\/Recipes\/italian%20meatloaf.jpg\" width=\"205\" height=\"178\" \/><br \/>\n1 cup finely chopped onion<br \/>\n1\/2 cup Italian style dry bread crumbs<br \/>\n1-1\/2 tsp dried oregano leaves<br \/>\n1\/4 tsp salt<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp black pepper<br \/>\n1 lb lean ground beef (93% fat free)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Method<\/h4>\n<p>Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F.<\/p>\n<p>In a large bowl, combine beaten egg with 3\/4 cup tomato sauce, onions, bread crumbs, oregano, salt and pepper.<\/p>\n<p>Gently mix in ground beef until well blended. Press into a 9&#215;5-inch loaf pan.<\/p>\n<p>Bake in preheated oven 45 minutes.
