Cook and stir until beef is no longer pink. Drain all pan drippings. Stir in pasta sauce and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, spray a 9-inch square baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. Arrange a single layer of sliced polenta rounds on bottom of pan. Cover with 1\/2 of pasta\/beef sauce. Sprinkle with 1 cup Italian cheese. Repeat layers.<\/p>\n<p>Bake uncovered for 15 minutes or until bubbly. Sprinkle top with Parmesan and bake 5 more minutes.
