When it does our thoughts turn to al fresco dining and garden parties. The light blush of the wine looks delightful in the bottle and tempting in the glass. Best served chilled and with beads of cool condensation. 10\u00b0C is perfect.<\/p>\n<p>This creditable ros\u00e9 is made with Grenache noir, Syrah and Merlot in vineyards in the south of France. It is harvested at night.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tasting notes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Appearance: clear and has a pale salmon pink colour<\/p>\n<p>Nose: both citrus and floral notes. A suspicion of white blossom<\/p>\n<p>Palate: light, delicate with hints of berries. Works well with salad and also fish or even fruit at the end of a summer meal.<\/p>\n<p>Finish: not powerful but pleasingly medium long<\/p>\n<p>Ros\u00e9fine from Marrenon is a good choice for warm-weather sipping. It\u2019s elegant and likely to have universal approval around the outdoor dinner table. Serve between 10\u00b0C and 12\u00b0C to enjoy this bottle at its best. This light pink wine is made from Syrah, Grenache and Cinsault which adds floral and strawberry. This is an exceptional wine and ideal with light dishes such as salad and shellfish.<\/p>\n<p>The traditional bottle has a simple label in plain white. It\u2019s understated and relies on the wine within for impact. Don\u2019t overlook L\u2019Esprit de Provence Ros\u00e9 from Le Grand Cros.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tasting notes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Appearance: clear and peachy pink<\/p>\n<p>Nose: red berries and strawberries, white blossoms<\/p>\n<p>Palate: well-balanced, refreshing and fruity.
