The tarragon is aromatic and fresh and the ginger warming.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"h3\">Ingredients<\/h4>\n<p>50ml Brockmans Gin<\/p>\n<p>25ml Lemon Juice<\/p>\n<p>12.5ml Gomme<\/p>\n<p>White of one egg<\/p>\n<p>3 or 4 slices of Fresh Ginger<\/p>\n<p>Large Fresh Tarragon Sprig and more for garnish<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"col-sm-6 col-md-4 collapse-column\">\n<section id=\"cocktail-method\" class=\"bg-white panel\" data-mh=\"card-group\">\n<div class=\"panel-body\">\n<h4 class=\"h3\">Method<\/h4>\n<p>Muddle a large sprig of Tarragon and 3- 4 slices of fresh ginger in a shaker.<\/p>\n<p>Add all the other ingredients. Shake.<\/p>\n<p>Add ice cubes. Shake.<\/p>\n<p>Strain over fresh ice in a tumbler or Old Fashioned glass.
