Libre Rosé 2025
AOP Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence.
Domaine Bargemone is found close to Aix-en-Provence, in Saint-Cannat. It is an estate of 120 hectares of vineyards in the middle of stunning countryside. Libre Rosé 2025 was born in this stunning setting.
The Bargemone Libre Rosé 2025 bottle is instantly recognisable, having a chunky shape and emblazoned with a simple yet striking label, it’s clean, contemporary and elegant, reflecting the character of the wine.
This delicious Provence rosé is composed of Grenache noir 40%, Syrah 40%, Cabernet sauvignon 10%, Rolle (Vermentino) 10%. Rolle and Vermentino are different names for the same white wine grape. It’s Vermentino in its native Italy but Rolle is the French name. It brings fresh and light qualities to the blends in which it is included.
The peach pink colour entices the expectant sipper. On the nose there are notes of the aforementioned peaches, and black summer berries. The palate offers more stone fruits and soft summer fruits. Serve between 8° and 10° as an aperitif with savoury canapes, but continue to the table and enjoy with chicken and pork in light sauces and seafood pasta or simply grilled fish.
