Château d’Ollières Coteaux Varois Rosé 2025

The Heart of Provence.

Chateau d’Ollières Coteaux Varois Rosé 2025The wines of the south of France are iconic and delicious and remind us of vacations under blue skies and golden sun. Another colour is the pink of rosé wine. Château d’Ollières Coteaux Varois Rosé 2025 brings Provence home.

This wine is made from a blend of Grenache and Cinsault grapes, grown in one of the most beautiful terroirs in Europe. This grape combination is classic in the production of fresh, dry, rosé wines. Grenache provides the fruit with Cinsault adding light floral notes. The grapes are handpicked and fermented in stainless steel tanks to produce a crisp and light wine that will enhance any summer gathering. Rosé always looks special.

Château d’Ollières Coteaux Varois Rosé 2025 has the typical pale salmon colour. On the palate there are summer berries, and vibrant citrus with a suspicion of white blossoms. Serve this wine well chilled as an aperitif but continue to the table where the balanced acids allow it to be paired with salads, fish and grilled chicken.

Château d’Ollières Coteaux Varois Rosé 2025 is versatile and great value for money. A real crowd pleaser.
