Turkish coffee

Ingredients
1L (4 cups) water
60g (1/4 cup) white sugar
45g (1/3 cup) Turkish-style coffee
Method
Place water, sugar and coffee in a saucepan over
medium heat. Cook, stirring, for 3-4 minutes or until coffee simmers
and froth forms on the surface.
Pour coffee into small cups and serve immediately
with the baklava.
Notes
Make coffee just before serving dessert.
Turkish-style coffee is available from specialty grocers.
