Stuffed figs

An ideal dinner party first course dish.

Preparation time: 10 Minutes
Ingredients
4 fresh ripe figs, quartered
70g pack Parma ham, cut into thin strips
Basil leaves
Black olives
Method
Arrange the figs on four plates.
Frill the ham and arrange in each fig. Serve immediately garnished with
basil and black olives.
