Spiced Fruit Smoothierecipe

A spiced fruit smoothie is just the thing to kick start a special day.

Ingredients
    1 small banana, peeled and sliced
    100g fresh or frozen strawberries, washed & halved, + one whole strawberry
    1 tbsp clear honey
    150g pot of strawberry flavoured yoghurt
    150ml skimmed milk
    4 ice cubes
    A pinch of ground cinnamon

Method
Using a small round edged knife, prepare the banana and strawberries, saving one to decorate. Just make sure dad doesn’t eat them all!
   
Place the fruit into the blender with the milk, ice cubes, honey, cinnamon and yoghurt.
   
Put the lid on and blitz for a few seconds till its smooth. Pour into a glass and decorate with a strawberry.
