Lemon
and Garlic-Roasted Salmon with Roasted Tomatoes
Serves 4
1 tsp lemon juice
4 dollops (60ml) of Hellmann’s Light Mayonnaise
1 tsp crushed garlic
4 salmon fillets
250g cherry tomatoes
Mix together the lemon juice, mayonnaise and garlic
Drizzle over the salmon fillets and tomatoes
Bake at 170°C for 15 minutes
