Lamb Chops with Cranberry-Orange Salsa

Ingredients:
8 lamb loin chops, 1""
thick
2 Tbsp orange juice
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce Cranberry-Orange Salsa
1 medium orange, peeled and chopped
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green chilies, drained
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup orange marmalade
1 Tbsp finely chopped cilantro
1 Tbsp vinegar
Method
For salsa, combine all ingredients. Cover and chill several hours or
overnight.
Combine orange juice and Worcestershire. Brush lamb chops with mixture.
Broil chops 4" from heat source for 5 minutes. Turn and broil 4-6
minutes longer or to medium doneness 160°F internal temperature. Or
if desired, grill over moderate coals using the same timing.
