Christmas
White
Stilton,
Parma
Ham,
Pomegranate
and
Pear
Salad

Ingredients
1 bag of mixed leaves
150g Clawson White Stilton - cubed (any variety of fruit
blended Stilton can be used)
1 packet of Parma Ham
1 Pomegranate
2 Red Williams Pears or other preferred varieties - thinly
sliced
Balsamic Vinegar Dressing - optional
Method:
Arrange the leaves in a large salad bowl or plate
Take slices of Parma ham and roll them into small rosettes.
Place the cubed cheese, pears and rolled Parma ham on top of the leaves
Slice open the pomegranate and remove the seeds by tapping with a
wooden spoon. Sprinkle the seeds over the salad.
Drizzle Balsamic Dressing over the salad if required
