Beef and Cheese Ravioli

Ingredients:
1 package (9 oz)
refrigerated cheese ravioli
1 pound ground beef
2 cans (14.5oz each) diced tomatoes with
basil, garlic &oregano, undrained
2 cups or more lightly packed fresh baby
spinach
1/2 to 3/4 C. crumbled feta cheese or grated
Parmesan cheese (optional)
slied black olives (optional)
Method
Cook ravioli according to package directions, drain.
Brown ground beef
in large skillet (about 5 minutes). Pour off drippings. Stir in
tomatoes, bring to a boil, cook 5 minutes. Reduce heat, add ravioli and
spinach, cook just until spinach is wilted.
Sprinkle with cheese before
serving.
