Banana Smoothierecipe

From Morrisons

Whip this up for the ultimate breakfast shake.

Ingredients
    2 ripe bananas, peeled and roughly chopped
    200ml low fat natural yogurt
    2 tbsp oatmeal
    2 tbsp clear honey
    pinch of ground cinnamon
    300ml semi skimmed milk
    6 large ice cubes

Method
    Place all the ingredients into a liquidiser
   
Blitz for 20 seconds until smooth then pour into tall glasses to serve
