Banana and Mango Smoothie

A perfect mid-morning snack or add a
dollop of ice cream for a super scrummy dessert.
Ingredients
2 bananas, peeled and chopped
1 large ripe mango, peeled and chopped
100ml semi-skimmed milk (for children under two use
whole milk)
350ml pineapple and mango juice
Method
Simply combine all ingredients together in a blender, and pour into 4
glasses for a delicious, healthy snack.
