Avocado & Mango Salsa

Perfect for a New Year's party!
Ingredients:
1 ripe Hass avocado, peeled, pitted and diced
1 lime, juiced
1 ripe mango, peeled, seeded and diced
1 medium tomato, diced
1 small red onion, chopped
2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
Salt to taste

Method
Place the avocado in a medium bowl and mix with the lime juice. Mix in the mango, tomato, red onion and cilantro. Add salt to taste.

Serve with chips or as a topping for fish or chicken. Makes about 3 cups.
